摘  要:经过定宽、粗轧和精轧的超低碳钢带边部常常产生翘皮,影响其表面质量。对超低碳钢带边部翘皮进行了宏观和微观分析,并结合粗轧后的板坯角部形态及板坯角部金属的流动规律得出,热轧过程中板坯角部金属的不均匀变形是钢带边部产生翘皮的主要原因。通过对定宽机锤头进行孔型化设计,改善了热轧过程中板坯角部的形态,有效控制了超低碳钢带边部翘皮的形成,钢带边部翘皮降级率从0.4%减小到了0.1%左右。Ultra-low carbon steel strip exhibited frequently edge scaling after width-sizing, rough-rolling and finish-rolling, thus affecting its surface quality. The macro-analysis and micro-analysis on edge scaling of an ultra-low carbon steel strip were carried out, coupled with the form of slab corner after rough-rolling and the flow law of slab corner metal, it was concluded that nonuniform deformation of the corner metal of the slab during hot-rolling proved to be a main cause for the edge scaling of the steel strip. The form of the slab corner during hot-rolling was improved by a hole type design of the hammer head of the width-sizing machine and thereby the formation of edge scaling of ultra-low carbon steel strip was effectively controlled, the degradation rate of steel strip due to edge scaling reducing from 0.4% to 0.1%.
