摘 要:废阴极炭块是铝电解工业产生的主要固体废弃物之一,铝电解企业规范处理废阴极炭块成本高、技术难度大。废阴极炭块含有约65%(质量分数)的固定碳,利用这一特性,进行了以废阴极炭块代替冶金焦作为转炉炼钢用发热剂的工业试验。结果表明:废阴极炭块中氰化物在炼钢温度范围内完全氧化分解,转炉排放物中氟化物符合国家标准,实现了对废阴极炭块的无害化处理;碳在高温下燃烧放热,每吨钢水实际升温2~3℃,可改善转炉热量不平衡的现象。Waste cathode carbon block is one of the main solid wastes discharged in aluminum electrolysis industry. The standardized treatment of waste cathode carbon block by aluminum electrolysis enterprises is costly and technically difficult. The waste cathode carbon block contains about 65% by mass fixed carbon, accordingly, the industrial tests of using the waste cathode carbon block instead of metallurgical coke as the exothermic mixture for converter steelmaking was carried out. The results showed that the cyanide in the waste cathode carbon block was completely oxidized and decomposed within the steelmaking temperature range, and the fluoride in the converter emission met the national standard, and the harmless treatment of the waste cathode carbon block was achieved. When carbon was burned at high temperature, the actual temperature rise per ton of molten steel was 2 to 3 ℃, thus being enabled to improve the heat imbalance phenomenon in the converter.
