摘 要:为了表征粗糙表面反射光的偏振特性,基于微面元偏振BRDF模型,综合考虑镜面反射和漫反射,提出一种改进的多参量微面元偏振BRDF模型,并基于斯托克斯矢量与穆勒矩阵的关系,建立反射光偏振度数学模型。根据所建模型,使用最小二乘法对绿漆和铝表面的偏振度测量值进行参量反演,确定参量的最优组合。在此基础上分析了入射角、表面粗糙度以及相对方位角对反射光偏振度的影响。结果表明,与参考模型相比,绿漆表面和铝表面的偏振度均方根误差分别减小了67.11%和77.54%,模型与实测数据的吻合程度更高,证实建模时考虑漫反射能够提高模型的准确性。该模型可为粗糙表面偏振特征的提取与识别提供理论指导。In order to characterize the polarization characteristics of reflected light from rough surfaces,based on the micro-faceted element polarization BRDF model,an improved multi-parameter micro-faceted element polarization BRDF model is proposed,and a mathematical model of polarization of reflected light is established based on the relationship between Stokes vector and Mueller matrix.According to the established model,the parameters of the polarizability of green paint and aluminum surface are inversed by the least square method,and the optimal combination of the parameters is determined.The influence of incident angle,surface roughness and relative azimuth on the polarization degree of reflected light is analyzed.The results show that the root mean square error of polarization degree of green paint surface and aluminum surface is reduced by 67.11%and 77.54%,respectively,compared with the reference model.The accuracy of the model can be improved by considering the diffuse reflection in modeling.This model can provide theoretical guidance for the extraction and recognition of polarization characteristics of rough surfaces.
