摘 要:通过高温固相法制备了一系列的NaSr_(2-x)Nb_(5)O_(15):xSm^(3+)新型橙红光荧光粉,研究了该荧光粉的物相结构及其光学性质。根据光致发光光谱,确定了NaSr_(2-x)Nb_(5)O_(15):xSm^(3+)荧光粉的最佳掺杂浓度以及临界能量转移距离,并分析该浓度猝灭机制是电偶极相互作用。通过荧光衰减特性及色坐标结果表明,当最佳掺杂浓度为0.05时,平均荧光寿命为0.842 ms,所有样品的色坐标均在橙红色区域。此外,在303 K~423 K的温度范围内该荧光粉显示出了良好的热稳定性,最后,将该荧光粉与395 nm LED芯片进行简易封装,在正向偏置电流下发出明亮白光,且具有相关色温低、显色指数高等优点。综上结果表明该荧光粉在白光发光二极管中具有较好的应用前景。A series of new orange-red phosphors of NaSr_(2-x)Nb_(5)O_(15):xSm^(3+)were prepared by a high temperature solid-state method.The phase structure and optical properties of the phosphors were characterized and analyzed.According to the photoluminescence spectra,the optimum doping concentration and critical energy transfer distance of the NaSr_(2-x)Nb_(5)O_(15):xSm^(3+)phosphor was determined,and the quenching mechanism of the concentration was analyzed as electric dipole interaction.The results of fluorescence attenuation characteristics and color coordinates show that when the optimal doping concentration is 0.05,the average fluorescence life is 0.842 ms,and the color coordinates of all samples are in the orange-red region.In addition,the phosphor shows good thermal stability in the temperature range of 303 K to 423 K.Finally,the phosphor is packaged with 395 nm light easily,and emits bright white light under the forward bias current,and has the advantages of low correlation color temperature and high color rendering index.The results show that the phosphor has a good application prospect in white light emitting diodes.
