摘　　要：哈贝马斯对民族国家危机的阐述可以通过其“系统—生活世界”的社会解释框架得以解释。在此框架下,民族国家的危机具体表现为政治与经济子系统的不协调导致的系统整合的危机、多元文化对原有民族整合基础的冲击造成的社会整合的危机以及系统整合对社会整合的压制导致的二者的失衡。因此,危机的化解必须从这三方面着手,即以超越国家的政治机制弥补民族国家在系统层面的功能性不足,以宪法爱国主义为核心重塑社会整合,做到实现政治整合与系统整合的平衡。哈贝马斯的民族国家思想也有其局限性,但在民族国家面临的一系列危机面前,其强调的商谈政治、宪法爱国主义等对民族国家的建设及全球秩序的稳定都具有重要的借鉴意义。Habermas’ thought of the crisis of the nation-state can be explained through his social interpretation framework of “System—Lifeworld”. Under this framework, the crisis of a nation-state is embodied in three aspects: the crisis of the institutional integration caused by the uncoordination of political and economic subsystems, the crisis of social integration caused by the impact of multiculturalism on the original basis of national integration, and the imbalance caused by the suppression of social integration by institutional integration. Therefore, the resolution of the crisis must start from these three aspects, that is, to make up for the functional deficiency of the nation-state at the institutional level with the political mechanism beyond the state, to reconstruct social integration with constitutional patriotism as the core, and to realize the balance between political integration and institutional integration with the civil society in the world. Habermas’ thought of the nation-state also has its limitations, but in the face of a series of crises faced by a nation-state, his emphasis on the politics of negotiation and constitutional patriotism have much reference significance for the construction of a nation-state and the stability of global order.
