摘　　要：血小板减少症是临床少见且易被忽略的严重时可危及患者生命安全的药源性疾病。万古霉素是耐甲氧西林葡萄菌感染的主要治疗药物,随着临床应用的增加,用药后发生血小板减少症甚至出现危及生命的出血症状的报道逐渐增多。本文通过系统文献检索法,收集国内外万古霉素致血小板减少症的文献,对其发病率、发病机制、临床特征、鉴别诊断、临床转归及防治措施等进行综述,以期为万古霉素致血小板减少症的深入研究及万古霉素的安全合理使用提供参考。Thrombocytopenia is a rare and easily neglected drug-induced disease, and it is also one of the important reasons that endanger the life safety of patients. Vancomycin is the main treatment drug for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus infection. With the increase of clinical application, reports of thrombocytopenia and even life-threatening bleeding symptoms after medication are increasing gradually. Through systematic literature retrieval method, this paper reviewed the incidence, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, differential diagnosis, clinical outcomes, prevention and treatment measures of thrombocytopenia induced by vancomycin domestically and internationally, so as to provide reference for further research of vancomycin induced thrombocytopenia and clinical rational application of vancomycin.
