摘  要:基于Autoform有限元仿真分析软件,对汽车门背板冲压过程中孔边缘冲压开裂原因进行分析,孔边缘减薄率较大是引起汽车门背板孔边缘冲压开裂的原因。为此,分别调整压边圈冲程、孔半径、孔间距和孔向上偏移量,分析其对冲压过程中孔边缘减薄率的影响。结果表明,增加或减小压边圈冲程、减小孔半径、增加孔间距和孔向上偏移量均有利于汽车门背板孔边缘减薄率的改善;调整孔半径和压边圈冲程对汽车门背板孔边缘减薄率影响较大,而调整孔间距和孔向上偏移量对孔边缘减薄率影响较小。结合现场实际情况,将孔半径由40 mm调整为30 mm,试冲压后汽车门背板孔边缘冲压开裂问题得到有效解决。Based on the Autoform finite element simulation analysis software,causes of hole edge stamping cracking in the stamping process of automobile door back plate were analyzed.The larger thinning rate of the hole edge is the reason for the stamping cracking of the hole edge on automobile door back plate.The blank holder stroke,hole radius,hole spacing and hole upward offset were adjusted respectively,and their effects on the hole edge thinning rate during the stamping process were analyzed.The results show that increasing or decreasing the stroke of the blank holder,decreasing the hole radius,increasing the hole spacing and increasing the upward offset of the holes are all beneficial to the improvement of the thinning rate for hole edge.Adjusting the hole radius and blank holder stroke has a great influence on the thinning rate of the hole edge,while adjusting the hole spacing and the upward offset of the hole has little effect on the thinning rate of the hole edge.Combined with the actual situation on site,the hole radius was adjusted from 40 mm to 30 mm,and the stamping cracking of the hole edge was effectively solved after the test punching.
