摘  要:分析了聚丙烯行业现状、应用及其发展前景,介绍了现有四种成熟的气相法制聚丙烯工艺,并对其生产利弊进行分析,得出Spherizone工艺在生产高抗冲聚丙烯产品时有明显优势。重点介绍了Spherizone工艺的反应机制及工艺描述,其独特的多区循环反应器可以满足未来聚丙烯行业发展需求。The current situation of polypropylene industry,the application and development prospect are analyzed.Four mature processes of gas phase polypropylene are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of their production are analyzed.It is concluded that Spherizone process has obvious advantages in the production of high impact polypropylene products.The reaction mechanism and process description of Spherizone process are mainly introduced,its unique multi-zone circulating reactor can meet the development needs of polypropylene industry in the future.
