摘  要:以新型常压分散可染改性聚酯(NEDDP)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)作为并列组分,研制了常压分散可染、具有卷曲弹性的NEDDP/PBT双组分并列复合长丝。采用光学显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、声速取向仪等系统研究了两个组分的黏度、组分比例以及纺丝过程中的牵伸比、牵伸温度及定形温度,对长丝的卷曲形貌、结晶和取向结构的影响。结果表明,黏度配比是长丝卷曲性能最关键的影响因素,其次是组分比例。Using the novel polyester dyeable with disperse dye the under ordinary pressure(NEDDP)and polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)as parallel components,NEDDP/PBT bi-component parallel composite filaments with atmospheric pressure dispersible dyeable and crimp elasticity were developed.The effects of viscosity of two components,component ratio,drafting ratio,drafting temperature and setting temperature on the crimp morphology,crystallization and orientation structure of filaments were systematically studied by optical microscope,differential scanning calorimeter and sound velocity orientation instrument.The results show that the viscosity ratio is the most critical factor affecting the crimping performance of filament,followed by the component ratio.
