大数据背景下平台型企业服务创新策略分析

摘　　要：随着数字经济的发展,平台型企业的构建及其开放式服务创新逐渐成为实业界和学术界关注和研究的热点。大数据背景下,在政策、资源环境、市场空间、技术条件的支持下,平台经济快速发展,平台型企业的规模和数量不断增加,各领域内的平台型企业服务创新活动取得了一定成就,但也有许多企业在转型发展、服务创新过程中夭折。平台型企业在服务创新过程中面临的三大风险为商业环境、管理和战略风险。只有从平台型企业发展的内外部环境着手,对企业服务创新发展过程中的风险因素采取针对性措施,才能促进平台型企业与社会环境和谐共生。With the development of the digital economy,the construction of platform-based enterprises and open service innovation has gradually become a hot topic of concern and research in various fields.Under the background of big data,with the support of policies,resources,environment,market space,and technical conditions,the platform economy has developed rapidly,the scale and number of platform-based enterprises have continued to increase,and platform-based enterprises in various fields have made certain achievements in service innovation activities.Many Enterprises die in the process of transformational development and service innovation.The three major risks faced by platform-based enterprises in the process of service innovation are business environment,management and strategic risks.Only by starting from the internal and external environment of the development of platform-based enterprises,clarifying the factors that induce risks in the process of enterprise service innovation and development,and actively taking targeted measures can promote the harmonious coexistence of platform-based enterprises and the social environment.
