特色旅游村寨居民返贫风险感知研究——以甘肃省甘南藏族自治州扎尕那村为例

摘　　要：基于特色旅游村寨扎尕那331位居民的调研数据,运用有序多分类Logistic回归模型,从个体特征、政策制度、外部环境、发展条件等4个方面探讨扎尕那村居民的返贫风险感知水平及其影响因素。结果表明:扎尕那居民返贫风险感知处于中等水平。受教育程度、月收入、劳动能力、旅游公共服务体系、脱贫致富思想意识对居民返贫风险感知水平有显著负向影响;自然灾害、突发公共卫生事件、与景区的距离、教育支出对居民返贫风险感知水平有显著正向影响;身体健康、惠民政策不弱化、参与乡村旅游会显著降低居民返贫风险感知水平。性别、年龄、社会保障对居民返贫风险感知水平影响不显著。Based on the survey data of 331 residents in Zagana Village,using the ordered multi-class logistic regression model,this paper discusses the risk perception level of residents in Zagana Village and its risk of returning to poverty from four aspects:individual characteristics,policy system,external environment,and development conditions.influencing factors.The results show that:The perception of the risk of returning to poverty among residents of Zagana Village is at a moderate level.Education level,monthly income,labour ability,tourism public service system,and ideology of getting rid of poverty and getting rich have a significant negative impact on resident?s perception of the risk of returning to poverty;natural disasters,public health emergencies,distance from scenic spots,education expenditures.It has a significant positive impact on the residents?perception of the risk of returning to poverty;good health,non-weakening policies to benefit the people,and participation in rural tourism will significantly reduce the level of residents?perception of the risk of returning to poverty.Gender,age,and social security have no significant impact on residents?perception of the risk of returning to poverty.
