摘 要:为了对采集到的山羊、羚牛和猪等3种动物体表寄生的虱进行种类鉴定,该研究通过制作体虱样本的玻片标本,利用显微镜进行形态学观察,并对3种体虱各20只的主要部位进行测量。结果显示:3种体虱的触角、上颚、爪等形态结构清晰可见;山羊虱的体长、体宽、头长、头宽、前胸长、前胸宽、后胸长、后胸宽、腹长和触角长度平均值分别为2.49、0.96、0.47、0.34、0.38、0.11、0.40、0.15、1.62、0.26 mm,羚牛虱的分别为2.01、0.91、0.61、0.60、0.34、0.11、0.46、0.14、1.24、0.44 mm,猪虱的分别为4.71、2.08、1.25、0.52、0.64、0.25、1.03、0.24、3.04、0.43 mm;该研究中的虱分属于颚虱科(Linognathidae)、毛虱科(Trichoddectidae)和血虱科(Haematopinidae),其中寄生于山羊体表的为非洲颚虱(Linognathus Africanus),寄生于羚牛体表的为羚牛毛虱(Damalinia budorcas),寄生于猪体表的为猪血虱(Haematopinus suis)。该研究结果为动物体表虱类的临床检测以及相关教学和科研提供了参考资料。To identify the species of parasitic lice from goats,takins and swines,this study made slide specimens of different lice and observed the morphology by the microscope,and the main structures of 20 lice of the three species were measured.The results showed that the antennae,palate and claws and other morphological structures of the three lice species were clear and distinguishable.The average values of body length,body width,head length,head width,forward thorax length,forward thorax width,posterior thorax length,posterior thorax width,abdomen length and antennal length of louse from goats were 2.49,0.96,0.47,0.34,0.38,0.11,0.40,0.15,1.62 and 0.26 mm respectively,and for lice from takins and swines were 2.01,0.91,0.61,0.60,0.34,0.11,0.46,0.14,1.24,0.44 mm and 4.71,2.08,1.25,0.52,0.64,0.25,1.03,0.24,3.04,0.43 mm,respectively.The results showed that the lice here belong to Linognathidae,Trichoddectidae and Haematopinidae,among which Linognathus africanus is from goats,Damalinia budorcas and Haematopinus suis from takins and swines.The results of this study provide reference for clinical detection,teaching and scientific research of lice from animal surfaces.
