食用菌渣添加不同比例牛粪对堆肥养分性状的影响

摘　　要：基于有机肥生产企业按照体积比配料的实际,为了探究食用菌渣与牛粪不同体积比对堆肥养分性状的影响,试验设计4个堆肥处理,菌渣∶牛粪分别为3∶2(T1)、1∶1(T2)、2∶3(T3)和1∶2(T4),经过45 d堆肥发酵,研究不同处理下堆体温度、水分、pH、有机质、总养分、全N、全P、全K等堆肥指标的变化。结果表明:4个处理温度均能达到50℃以上,高温持续时间均大于10 d;pH为6.65~7.86;期末水分35.72%~48.28%;期末C/N为16.89∶1~19.27∶1;期末总养分在5.25%~5.61%。总之,按体积比堆肥的方法,除水分较高外,温度、总养分、pH、有机质、C/N均可达标。Based on the fact that organic fertilizer enterprises blend feed according to the volume ratio,four composting treatments were designed in order to explore the effect of different volume ratio of mushroom residue and cow dung on the nutrient properties of compost,the ratio of mushroom residue to cow dung was 3∶2(T1),1∶1(T2),2∶3(T3)and 1∶2(T4),respectively.After 45 days of composting and fermentation,the changes of temperature,moisture,pH,organic matter,total nutrient,total N,total P and total K were studied under different treatments.The results showed that the temperature of four treatments could reach above 50℃and the duration of high temperature was more than 10 days.The pH value ranged from 6.65 to 7.86.The final moisture content was 35.72%~48.28%.The final C/N ratio was 16.89∶1~19.27∶1.The total nutrients at the end of the period ranged from 5.25%to 5.61%.In short,according to the volume ratio composting method,the temperature,total nutrients,pH,organic matter and C/N all met the standard apart from higher water content.
