摘　　要：男性精液常规检验是评估男子生育力的重要方法,也是男科疾病诊断和治疗的重要实验依据。精液检验结果受射精频度、温度、实验室条件、检验人员技术熟练程度和主观判断能力等诸多因素影响,其结果易发生偏差。目前,男性精液检验的质量控制和结果应用缺乏明确的指南或专家共识指导。为提高对精液检验的认识,规范精液检验的选择和应用,中国中西医结合学会检验医学专业委员会发起并组织业内专家成立编写组,结合近年来国内外相关领域研究进展,制定人类精液检验专家共识,供临床医师和检验医师参考。Male semen examination is not only an important method to evaluate male fertility,but also an important experimental basis for the diagnosis and therapy of andrology diseases.However,male semen examination is sensitively affected by many factors,such as ejaculation frequency,examination temperature,laboratory conditions,technical proficiency and subjective judgment ability of laboratory staff,and the results are prone to deviation.At present,no guidelines or expert consensus guidance for the quality control and result application of human semen examination is available in China.In order to improve the perception of human semen examination and normalize the choice and application of human semen examination,the laboratory medicine committee of China Association of integrative medicine initiated and organized experts in andrology and reproductive medicine to establish an authoring group.Combined with the research progress in national and international associated fields over the past decades,an expert consensus on semen examination was formulated by the authoring group for ease of reference for clinicians and laboratory staff of andrology and reproductive medicine.
