摘　　要：城市书房是图书馆总分馆服务体系迭代创新的时代产物,是公共文化服务高质量发展的典型样本。当前城市书房创新主要体现在设施布局向乡村拓展,资源供给向精准化拓展,平台功能向多元化拓展,场馆建筑向地标化拓展,服务范围向城际化拓展。政府角色定位、社会力量波动、运营成本补偿、同业混营边界等问题是城市书房发展焦点。业界、学界、政界及公众等普遍关注城市书房建设,也存有困惑和质疑之声,从建设方式、资金保障、治理方式、均衡发展、业态融合等方面建好、管好、用好城市书房是推动城市图书馆服务体系高质量发展的关键。City’s Study is not only a product of iterative innovation of the central-branch library service system,but also a typical sample of the high-quality development of public cultural services.Innovation in City’s Study is embodied in the advancement of such facilities into the rural areas,the accurate supply of resources,the diversity of the platform’s roles,the landmark library buildings,and the growth of intercity services.The role of government,the changes in social forces,the operational cost reimbursement and the boundary of joint operation between cultural institutions are the priorities in the development of City’s Study.To all parties in the society,including the industry,academia,government and the public,the development of City’s Study is a topic of universal interest,which there are also confusion and doubts in.On the whole,the key to promoting the highquality development of urban library service system is to well build,manage,and use the City’s Study in terms of building modes,funding,governance,balanced development,and business integration.
