摘　　要：国立北平图书馆青年职员群体研究,是以群体名录为基础、以普遍性特征表述为主体的研究范式在图书馆学领域的具体应用。该群体基于年龄结构、职业发展和学术研究等方面的共同特点形成了多元复合的群体结构,体现在群体规模、教育背景、职业平台、著述内容等方面。研究群体结构特征的启示在于,图书馆领导层面的引导和定位、职员对图书馆工作学术价值的认同、群体内部紧密稳定的关系网络,对当下图书馆职业理论研究和人才队伍高质量建设具有重要意义。The research on younger staff in the National Library of Peiping is based on analyzing the institutional directories and identifying their common features.According to the characteristics of age group,career development and research output,a complex group structure of younger staff is formed.The group characteristics are specifically manifested in group size,educational background,career path,research output,etc.Guidance by library leaders,professional identity,and the relationship within the group are of great significance to theoretical research and team building of present libraries.
