摘　　要：肉牛胎儿过大性难产是肉牛生产中时常遇到的病症,一般多见于初产母牛,临床发生在本地母牛与外种公牛配种或人工配种者为多发。该难产如不能及时有效处理极易造成胎牛死亡,严重者也可导致母牛死亡,因此在临床中应加强对该病的预防与处置,减少因难产造成损失。fetal macrosomia dystocia of beef cattle is a disease often encountered in beef cattle production.It is usually seen in primiparous cows.It is often seen in local cows mating with foreign bulls or artificial mating.If the dystocia can not be handled timely and effectively,it will easily lead to fetal cow death,and even cow death in severe cases.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of the disease should be strengthened in clinic to reduce the loss due to dystocia.
