摘　　要：奶牛真胃炎是一种奶牛常见的消化障碍性疾病,该病一年四季均可发生,且主要高发于分娩的奶牛。患病牛主要表现为食欲下降、采食量降低、机体消瘦、腹腔积水、腹痛、排血便等,严重的甚至瘫痪、死亡。该病病程较长,且多为预后不良。该文阐述了奶牛真胃炎的病因、临床症状、诊治及预防措施。True gastritis in dairy cows is a common digestive disorder in dairy cows.The disease can occur all year round,and it mainly occurs in parturition cows.Cows suffering from the disease mainly manifested as decreased appetite,decreased feed intake,body weight loss,fluid accumulation in the abdominal cavity,abdominal pain,bloody stools,etc.,and even paralysis and death in severe cases.The course of the disease is long,and the prognosis is mostly poor.Therefore,this article mainly summarizes the etiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment and preventive measures of true gastritis in dairy cows.
