摘 要:钛合金铸件在航空航天领域应用广泛,且对结构和性能的要求越来越高。为了给设计人员选材提供依据,针对现阶段我国高强度铸造钛合金应用情况,研究了铸造钛合金BT22的组织、性能和热处理工艺,并以常规铸造钛合金ZTC4作为对比,分析了BT22的优势,发现BT22铸造钛合金无论在热等静压后或热处理后,均具有比ZTC4优异的综合性能。Titanium alloy castings are widely used in the aerospace field, and the requirements for structure and performance are getting higher and higher. In order to provide a basis for designers to select materials, according to the current application situation of China’s high-strength cast titanium alloys, the structure, properties and heat treatment process of cast titanium alloys BT22 are studied, and the conventional cast titanium alloy ZTC4 is used as a comparison to analyze advantages of BT22. It is found that BT22 cast titanium alloy has better overall performance than ZTC4 no matter after hot isostatic pressing or heat treatment.
