摘 要:在高磨蚀工况环境下,过共晶高铬铸铁比共晶和亚共晶高铬铸铁有着更好的耐磨性能,但其铸造工艺性差一直制约该类产品的推广应用。试验表明,通过细化初生碳化物、控制碳化物形态,改善了过共晶高铬铸铁的基体组织和力学性能,同时在铸造过程中从工艺设计、化学成分、热处理工艺等方面优化控制裂纹产生,提高了过共晶高铬铸铁件的内外质量。Under high abrasion conditions, hypereutectic high chromium cast iron has better wear resistance than eutectic and hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron, but its poor casting process has been restricting the popularization and application of this kind of products. The results show that the matrix structure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic high chromium cast iron are improved by refining the primary carbides and controlling the morphology of carbides. Meanwhile, the internal and external quality of hypereutectic high chromium cast iron is improved by optimizing and controlling the crack generation from the aspects of process design, chemical composition and heat treatment.
