摘 要:基于壁厚大、内腔小的汽轮机中压内缸铸造工艺开发,根据复杂的铸件结构和严格的质量要求,分析铸件背部法兰热节大、内腔进汽腔室容易粘砂和夹渣,以及进汽腔室砂芯偏移等铸造难点;针对上述问题设计铸造工艺方案,并通过MAGMA软件对铸件的充型和凝固过程进行模拟分析,经过优化后的铸造工艺进行生产验证,试制铸件质量良好,满足技术要求。Based on the casting process development of steam turbine medium pressure inner cylinder with large wall thickness and small inner cavity, according to the complex casting structure and strict quality requirements, the casting difficulties such as large hot joint of flange at the back of the casting, sand sticking and slag inclusion of steam inlet chamber, and sand core deviation of steam inlet chamber were analyzed. In view of the above problems, the casting process is designed, and the MAGMA software is used to simulate the mold filling and solidification process of the casting. After the optimization of the casting process is verified, the quality of the trial-produced casting is good and meets the technical requirements.
