厚大断面球墨铸铁件熔炼工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了材质QT450-10,尺寸400 mm×400 mm×400 mm的厚大断面试块的熔炼工艺。分析了试块力学性能不佳,内部出现碎块状石墨的原因。通过调整球化剂中ω(RE),使铁液中的ω(RE)<0.015%;调整化学成分ω(C)降为3.3%~3.5%,ω(Si)提高到2.4%~2.6%,ω(Sb)提高到0.007 5%,得到球化级别2级,石墨大小5~6级,珠光体数量小于5%,碎块石墨完全消失的合格试块,并将该熔炼工艺应用在厚度大于730 mm的铸件上,获得了满足工艺要求的产品。The melting process of QT450-10 Large section ductile iron sample with size 400 mm×400 mm×400 mm was introduced. The reason for the poor mechanical properties and chunky graphite was analyzed. During the smelting process, the ω(RE) in nodulizing agent was adjusted to make the ω(RE) in molten iron less than 0.015%, and the chemical composition ω(C)decreased to 3.3%~3.5%, ω(Si) increased to 2.4%~2.6%, ω(Sb) increased to 0.007 5%. The qualified samples with Nodulizing grade 2, graphite size of grade 5 to 6, pearlite quantity less than 5% and chunky graphite completely disappeared were obtained.
