摘 要:分析了汽车1.5L曲轴连杆颈内侧微观缩松产生的原因,采用MAGMA软件模拟了曲轴的凝固过程,并针对缺陷试验了连杆侧面进铁液、连杆颈侧面设置冒口、采用不同厚度矩形冷筋和三角形冷筋、设置小溢流冒口、增加冒口高度工艺以及采用小随形外冷铁等工艺措施。结果表明,只有采用小随形外冷铁可以消除连杆颈缩松或者将缩松缺陷赶到连杆颈的中心位置。最终按时交付了样件,提高了产品质量和客户满意度。The causes of microscopic shrinkage on the inner side of the connecting rod neck of an automobile 1.5 L crankshaft were analyzed, and the solidification process of the crankshaft was simulated by MAGMA software. Measures such as rectangular cold rib and triangular cold rib, setting small overflow riser, increasing the height of riser, and adopting small conformal outer cold iron were taken, the results show that only the use of small conformal outer cold iron can eliminate connecting rod neck shrinkage or drive the shrinkage defect to the center of the connecting rod neck. Finally the sample was delivered on time, both product quality and customer satisfaction were improved.
