摘  要:介绍了25 t/h热风冲天炉的特点、应用情况和经验,并与国外先进冲天炉的应用情况进行了对比,指出25t/h热风冲天炉存在的不足就是需要频繁地大修,影响产能,延长冲天炉使用寿命是关键。探讨发现25 t/h热风冲天炉的使用寿命跟冲天炉渣量和炉渣酸碱度有一定关系。将冲天炉回炉料进行净化处理后再使用,渣量减少较明显。对碱度进行控制,稳定炉渣碱度在0.75~0.8,也可延长使用寿命。此外,还需提高石灰石的品位,减少熔剂加入量。通过以上措施,冲天炉的使用寿命从约65个工作日提高到了78个工作日。This paper introduces the characteristics, application and experience of 25 t/h hot-air cupola in the authors’ factory,and compares it with the application of foreign advanced cupola. It is pointed out that the shortcoming of 25 t/h hot-air cupola is that it needs frequent overhaul, which affects the production capacity, and prolonging the service life of the cupola is the key point. It is found that the service life of the 25 t/h hot air cupola has a certain relationship with the amount of cupola slag and the pH of the slag. After the scrap returns is purified and used again, the amount of slag is significantly reduced. The basicity is controlled, and the basicity of the slag is stabilized at 0.75 to 0.8, which can also prolong the service life of 25 t/h hot-air cupola.In addition, it is also necessary to improve the grade of limestone and reduce the amount of flux added. Through the above measures, the service life of the cupola has been increased from about 65 working days to 78 working days.
