摘 要:随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对汽车的舒适性要求越来越高。汽车的噪声是影响舒适性的关键因素之一,因此如何改善汽车噪声为当前汽车技术研究的重点方向。汽车噪声的一个重要来源就是内燃机噪声,且内燃机噪声的主要来源之一就是进排气系统,因此进排气系统的噪声研究也是当前热点。在整车半消实验室中进行了进气噪声测试;基于GT-Power软件,提出了一种进气系统空滤器滤芯的建模方法,并基于传递损失验证了空滤器模型的精度;建立某车型进气系统仿真模型,并将模型的仿真值与实验值进行对比,结果表明:该模型0~1000 Hz下有较高的声学仿真精度,且在进气系统建模时,空滤器滤芯的建模可以使用双层穿孔隔板中间填充吸声材料,并用吸声材料的参数设置表征滤芯的声学、毛孔参数的方法,可完全满足于进排气系统的研究设计需求。With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the comfort of cars.Vehicle noise is one of the key factors affecting comfort,so how to improve vehicle noise is one of the key directions of current automotive technology research.An important source of automobile noise is internal combustion engine noise,and one of the main sources of internal combustion engine noise is intake and exhaust systems,so the research on noise of intake and exhaust systems is also one of the current hot spots.In this paper,the air intake noise test is carried out in the vehicle semi-consumption laboratory;based on the GT-Power software,a modeling method for the air filter element of the air intake system is proposed,and the accuracy of the air filter model is verified based on the transmission loss;a certain model is established.The simulation model of the air intake system is compared,and the simulation value of the model is compared with the experimental value.The results show that the model has high acoustic simulation accuracy at 0-1000 Hz,and when modeling the air intake system,the modeling of the air filter element can be filled with sound-absorbing material in the middle of the double-layer perforated baffle,and the parameters of the sound-absorbing material can be used.The method of setting the acoustic and pore parameters to characterize the filter element fully meets the research and design requirements of the air intake and exhaust system.
