摘 要:本文研究了套筒灌浆连接装配式综合管廊节点的力学性能,开展了平口式套筒连接装配式管廊构件、承插式套筒连接装配式管廊构件及现浇试件的拟静力试验。结果表明:平口式连接构件的正向承载力为现浇试件的92.2%,反向承载力是现浇试件的95.2%;承插式连接构件的正向承载力为现浇试件的92.9%,反向承载力是现浇试件的98.8%。平口式连接试件和承插式连接试件的初始刚度分别是现浇试件的70.9%和91.7%。承插式连接试件的力学性能优于平口式连接试件,承插式连接试件的负向承载力及刚度与现浇试件相近。The connection mode of the fabricated reinforced concrete utility tunnel affects the construction efficiency and service life of the pipe gallery.It is very important to study the mechanical properties of the joints of the fabricated composite pipe gallery connected by grouting sleeve.In this paper, quasi-static tests are carried out on flat-mouth sleeve connection assembly pipe gallery components, socket type sleeve connection assembly pipe gallery components and cast-in-place comparative test pieces.The results show that the forward bearing capacity of the flat connection member is 92.2% of the cast-in-place specimen, and the reverse load capacity is 95.2% of the cast-in-place specimen;the forward bearing capacity of the socket connection member is that of the cast-in-place specimen.92.9%,the reverse load is 98.8% of the cast-in-place specimen.The initial stiffness of the flat connection test piece and the socket connection test piece are 70.9% and 91.7% of the cast-in-place test piece, respectively.The performance of the socket connection test piece is better than that of the flat connection test piece, and the negative bearing capacity and stiffness of the socket connection test piece are similar to those of the cast-in-place test piece.
