摘  要:为研究纳米SiO_(2)对粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的力学与耐久性能的影响,制备未掺加纳米SiO_(2)以及纳米SiO_(2)掺量为1.5%、3%、4.5%和6%的粉煤灰陶粒混凝土试件,测试它们的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性能以及抗冻性能。研究结果表明:在不同养护龄期下,粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度均随着纳米SiO_(2)掺量的增大出现先增大后减小的变化规律;纳米SiO_(2)掺量为1.5%、3.0%、4.5%以及6.0%时,粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的电通量将比未掺加前分别减小38.0%、61.1%、54.1%以及35.2%;纳米SiO_(2)掺量为3.0%时,160次冻融循环后粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的质量损失率最低,为1.21%,相对动弹性模量最大,为73.7%;掺入少于4.5%的纳米SiO_(2)均有助于提高粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的力学与耐久性能,但从性价比角度考虑,则建议纳米SiO_(2)掺入量为1.5%~3.0%。In order to study the effect of nano-SiO_(2) on the chemical and durability properties of fly ash ceramsite concrete,fly ash ceramsite concrete specimens without nano-SiO_(2) and nano-SiO_(2) content of 1.5%,3%,4.5%and 6%were prepared.Their compressive strength,split tensile strength,flexural strength,chloride ion penetration resistance,and frost resistance were tested.The research results show that:Under different curing ages,the cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of fly ash ceramsite concrete all increase firstly with the increase of nano-SiO_(2) content;when the content of nano-SiO_(2) is 1.5%,3.0%,4.5%and 6.0%,the electric flux of fly ash ceramsite concrete will decrease by 38.0%,61.1%,54.1%and 35.2%respectively compared with that before the addition;when the content of nano-SiO_(2) is 3.0%,the mass loss rate of fly ash ceramsite concrete is the lowest,which is 1.21%,and the relative dynamic elastic modulus is the highest,which is 73.7%;the addition of less than 4.5%of nano-SiO_(2) can help improve the mechanical and durability performance of fly ash ceramsite concrete,but from the perspective of cost performance,it is recommended that the addition of nano-SiO_(2) is 1.5%~3.0%.
