摘 要:为分析硅灰掺量对桥面板蒸养混凝土强度影响,研究不同硅灰掺量下,桥面板蒸养混凝土强度的变化情况,以P·O 52.5普通硅酸盐水泥和硅灰为主材料,结合其他辅材料制备硅灰掺量分别为0、10%和20%三种混凝土试样,对混凝土混合物的坍落度、凝结时间、渗透性以及混凝土的强度进行测试。试验结果显示:蒸养温度为50℃、恒温养护时间为4 h、硅灰掺量为20%时,混凝土坍落度值为1.19 cm,初凝和终凝的时间降低,分别为422 min和520 min,氯离子扩散系数结果为0.68×10^(-8)cm/s,可提升混凝土的抗渗性能;并且该掺量的混凝土抗折强度、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度最高值分别达到12.24 MPa、52.4 MPa、4.37 MPa;应力最高值达到7.34 MPa,可增加混凝土弹性模量。In order to reliably analyze the influence of silica fume content on the strength of steam cured concrete of bridge deck, the changes of the strength of steam cured concrete of bridge deck under different silica fume content were studied.P·O 52.5 ordinary portland cement and silica fume are the main materials, combined with other auxiliary materials to prepare three kinds of concrete samples with silica fume content of 0,10% and 20% respectively, and obtain the slump, setting time, permeability and strength test results of the concrete mixture.The results show that when the steam curing temperature is 50 ℃,the constant temperature curing time is 4 h and the silica fume content is 20 %,the slump value of concrete is 1.19 cm, the time of initial setting and final setting decreases, which are 422 min and 520 min respectively, and the result of chloride ion diffusion coefficient is 0.68×10^(-8)cm/s, which can improve the impermeability of concrete;the maximum flexural strength, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete with this content reach 12.24 MPa, 52.4 MPa and 4.37 MPa respectively;the maximum stress reaches 7.34 MPa, which can increase the elastic modulus of concrete.
