摘 要:为了提高纤维混凝土在硫酸盐环境中的抗侵蚀能力,以粉煤灰等量替代水泥的方式,采取干湿循环和半浸泡两种试验方法,研究粉煤灰掺量为10%、20%、30%和40%时对纤维混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力的影响。结果表明:在干湿循环试验条件下,随着粉煤灰掺量的不断增大,纤维混凝土的质量损失率先降低后升高,而相对动弹性模量和抗压强度耐蚀系数则先升高后降低,当粉煤灰掺量为20%时,纤维混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力达到最强;而在半浸泡试验条件下,随着粉煤灰掺量的不断增大,纤维混凝土的质量损失率逐渐升高,而相对动弹性模量和抗压强度耐蚀系数则逐渐降低,粉煤灰的加入加剧了纤维混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀损害的程度。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of fiber reinforced concrete in sulfate environment, the effects of fly ash content of 10%,20%,30% and 40% on the sulfate resistance of fiber reinforced concrete were investigated by dry wet cycle and semi immersion test methods.The results show that under the dry wet cycle test conditions, with the increasing content of fly ash, the mass loss of fiber reinforced concrete specimens decreases first and then increases, while the relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength corrosion resistance coefficient first increase and then decrease.When the content of fly ash is 20%,the sulfate corrosion resistance of fiber reinforced concrete specimens reaches the strongest.Under the condition of semi immersion test, with the increasing content of fly ash, the mass loss rate of fiber reinforced concrete specimens gradually increases, while the relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength corrosion resistance coefficient gradually decrease.The addition of fly ash intensifies the degree of sulfate corrosion damage of fiber reinforced concrete.
