摘 要:针对工业加热炉的燃烧过程,根据线性规划等数学理论对动态随机、多变量、非线性和分布式复杂系统进行解析,进而运用先进控制技术将加热炉运行优化控制在高温低氧燃烧最佳状态,并不断提高其系统燃烧效率和运行安全平稳性,最大限度地减少污染和温室气体排放量,以智慧化工厂全流程智能优化实现燃烧过程控制大系统综合耗能最优和“双碳”目标。As for industrial furnace combustion process,having the mathematical theory like linear programming based to analyze the dynamic and stochastic,multivariable,nonlinear and the distributed complex system was implemented,including having advanced control technology adopted to control and optimize heating furnace operation to a optimum state of being high-temperature low-oxygen combustion,and meanwhile,to constantly improve system efficiency,stability and the safe operation,to reduce pollution and greenhouse gas emissions to the greatest extent,and as well as to achieve the comprehensive energy consumption optimization and “double carbon” goals of the combustion process through the intelligent optimization of the whole process in the intelligent chemical plant.
