摘  要:针对除氧器液位控制精度要求逐步提高的需求,搭建立式除氧罐液位控制系统数学模型,给出了3种不同的控制方案。仿真结果表明:ZN-PID控制器参数可以有效改善原系统的动态性能;GA-PID控制器性能更优,ITAE降低了75%以上,但超调量却达到了27%;Fuzzy-GA-PID控制器可以将超调量控制在15%以下,能够更快地搜索到全局最优解,在保证系统鲁棒性的同时,可以实现对除氧器液位的精确稳定控制,更好地满足工业生产需求。For purpose of gradually increasing the deaerator level control accuracy,the level control system’s mathematical model for a vertical deaerator tank was built and three different control schemes for it were presented.The simulation result shows that,the ZN-PID controller parameters can effectively improve original system’s dynamic performance and the GA-PID controller has better performance,and ITAE can be reduced by more than 75% along with a 27% overshoot;the Fuzzy-GA-PID controller can limit the overshoot to less than15% and can search for the global optimal solution faster.While ensuring the robustness of the system,the change of control system can control the deaerator level accurately and can meet the industrial production.
