止痛如神汤冰敷治疗产后急性混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究止痛如神汤冰敷治疗产后急性混合痔的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年1月于赣州市妇幼保健院收治的120例产后急性混合痔患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、西药组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,西药组采用湿敷硫酸镁治疗,治疗组采用中药止痛如神汤冰敷治疗,比较三组临床疗效、肛门水肿评分、疼痛评分、异物感及坠胀感评分,以及不良反应发生率与复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后7、14 d,西药组肛门水肿评分均低于对照组,治疗组均低于西药组,治疗后3、7、14 d,治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3、7、14 d,西药组和治疗组疼痛评分均低于对照组,治疗后3、14 d,治疗组均低于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3、7、14 d,西药组及治疗组的异物感及坠胀感评分均低于对照组,治疗组均低于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于西药组及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对产后急性混合痔患者,通过止痛如神汤冰敷治疗,可以提高患者临床疗效,改善患者疼痛及肛门水肿情况,不良反应少,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction ice compress on postpartum acute mixed hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 120 patients with postpartum acute mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group,western medicine group and treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Potassium Permanganate bath,the western medicine group was treated with wet compress Magnesium Sulfate,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Zhitong Rushen Decoction ice compress.The clinical efficacy,anal edema score,pain score,foreign body sensation and falling sensation score,adverse reaction incidence and recurrence rate of the three groups were compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).At 7 and 14 days after treatment,anal edema scores in the western medicine group were lower than those in the control group,which in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine group;at 3,7,and 14 days after treatment,which in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).At 3,7,and 14 days after treatment,the pain scores in the western medicine group and treatment group were lower than those in the control group;at 3,14 days after treatment,which in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 3,7 and 14 days after treatment,the scores of foreign body sensation and falling swelling sensation in the western medicine group and treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and which in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine group,the difference were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group wa
