摘　　要：目的:探讨Power PICC SOLO导管用于肿瘤患者PICC导管中的价值。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年8月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的实施PICC导管患者120例作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组与对照组,各60例,试验组患者采用Power PICC SOLO导管,对照组采用Power PICC导管;比较两组患者的导管留置时间、维护时间、舒适度、满意度及导管期间相关不良事件发生率。结果:试验组导管留置时间长于对照组,维护时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组PICC导管舒适度评分与满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Power PICC SOLO导管用于肿瘤患者PICC导管中可保证导管安全性,还可提高患者机体舒适度,缩短导管维护时间并延长留置时间,进而减少医护人员工作量,在肿瘤患者化疗中有着较高的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the value of Power PICC SOLO catheter in tumor patients with PICC catheter.Method:A total of 120 patients who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2019 to August 2021 and needed PICC catheter were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases).The experimental group received Power PICC SOLO catheter.The control group received Power PICC catheter.Catheter indwelling time,maintenance time,comfort,satisfaction and incidence of adverse events during catheter were compared between the two groups.Result:The indwelling time was longer than that of the control group,but the maintenance time of the experimental group was shorter,the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of comfort and satisfaction of PICC catheter in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Power PICC SOLO catheter in PICC catheter of cancer patients can ensure the safety of the catheter,improve the comfort of patients,shorten the catheter maintenance time and lengthen indplacement time,and thus reduce the workload of medical staff.It has high application value in chemotherapy treatment of cancer patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
