芳香疗法治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果及对生活质量、血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芳香疗法治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对患者生活质量、血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年12月中山市中医院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予芳香疗法。比较两组临床疗效、Lysholm膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、关节炎生活质量量表2-短卷(AIMS2-SF)评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的75.0%(P=0.039)。治疗后,观察组Lysholm评分、AIMS2-SF评分均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芳香疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果显著,可改善膝关节功能,提高生活质量,缓解疼痛,降低炎症因子水平,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of aromatherapy in the treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis and its influence on quality of life and serum inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with aromatherapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Lysholm knee function scores,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores,arthritis quality of life scale 2-short volume (AIMS2-SF) scores,serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0% of the control group (P=0.039).After treatment,the Lysholm score and AIMS2-SF score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Aromatherapy is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,it can improve knee function,improve quality of life,relieve pain and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
