摘  要:目的:探讨人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)辅助冠状动脉CT血管成像处理系统(computed tomography angiography,CTA)对临床工作效率的影响。方法:收集上海交通大学医学院附属第一人民医院北院(虹口区)(医院1)和南院(松江区)(医院2)2017-2019年的冠脉CTA工作量和工作效率数据。2017年和2018年使用传统工作站图像重建,2019年使用AI技术重建。评估两种不同重建方式的工作效率。结果:应用AI的2019年,2家医院总体的冠脉CTA检查的人均月工作量较未应用AI的2017年和2018年显著增加(P<0.001);应用AI的2019年,2家医院总体的检查等候时间、报告出具等候时间均较未应用AI的2017年和2018年缩短(P<0.001)。2019年,医院1、医院2的冠脉CTA检查的人均月工作量均较2017年和2018年显著增加(P<0.001)。2019年,医院1、医院2的检查等候时间、报告出具等候时间均较2017年和2018年缩短(P<0.001)。结论:冠脉CTA人工智能辅助诊断系统可以提高工作效率,缩短检查等候时间和报告出具等候时间,因此能改善对冠心病诊断的工作流程。Objective:To explore the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) assisted computed tomography angiography (CTA) on clinical efficiency.Method:The workload and work efficiency data of coronary CTA in the North Hospital (Hongkou District) (hospital 1) and the South Hospital (Songjiang District) (hospital 2) of Shanghai General Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,from 2017 to 2019 were collected.Traditional workstation image reconstruction was used in 2017 and 2018,and AI technology was used in 2019.The efficiency of two different reconstruction methods was evaluated.Result:In 2019 when AI was applied,the average per capita monthly workload of coronary CTA examination in the two hospitals increased significantly compared with 2017 and 2018 when AI was not applied (P<0.001);In 2019 when AI was applied,the overall waiting time for examination and the waiting time for report issuance in the two hospitals were shorter than those in 2017 and 2018 when AI was not applied (P<0.001).In 2019,the per capita monthly workload of coronary CTA in hospital 1 and hospital 2 increased significantly compared with 2017 and 2018 (P<0.001).In 2019,the waiting time for examination and report issuance in hospital 1 and hospital 2 were shorter than those in 2017 and 2018 (P<0.001).Conclusion:The AI-assisted diagnosis system of coronary CTA can improve the work efficiency,shorten the waiting time for examination and report issuance,so it can improve the workflow of coronary heart disease diagnosis.
