摘 要:考察丙二酸对铬冻胶的缓交联性能,通过氧化还原电位测定、液相色谱表征、黏弹性分析等方法研究硫脲抑制丙二酸破胶作用机制。结果表明:在高温下尽管丙二酸具有较强的延缓乙酸铬与聚合物成胶的作用,但形成的冻胶放置2~5 d后强度逐渐降低;体系中丙二酸含量越高,冻胶越不稳定,丙二酸的破胶作用可能与丙二酸水溶液具有较高氧化电位有关;硫脲的加入可有效减小丙二酸水溶液的氧化还原电位,从而抑制丙二酸的破胶作用。The slow crosslinking properties of malonic acid on chromium gel was investigated.The mechanism of thiourea inhibiting the gel breaking of malonic was studied by redox potential measurement,liquid chromatography characterization and viscoelastic analysis.It is found that although malonic shows strong effect of delaying the gel formation of chromium acetate and polymer at high temperature,the strength of the gel formed gradually decreases after being placed for 2-5 d.The higher the content of malonic in the system,the more unstable the gel is.And the gel breaking effect of malonic acid may be related to the higher oxidation potential of the aqueous solution of malonic acid.The addition of thiourea can effectively reduce the redox potential of malonic aqueous solution and inhibit the gel breaking effect of malonic.
