摘 要:双台肩螺纹钻杆接头的预留副台肩间隙对主副台肩接触应力有重要影响,为保证接头性能,需探究其主副台肩的力学特性。通过对双台肩接头进行力学分析和有限元仿真建立其耦合模型,依据耦合模型进行统计拟合得到主副台肩摩擦力力矩和螺纹处力矩与上扣扭矩的数值关系,进而得到接头完整仿真条件。在此基础上以NC38接头为例,研究其在不同上扣扭矩下副台肩预留间隙与其台肩接触应力的关系。结果表明:双台肩接头的副台肩预留间隙对接头性能起关键作用,在一定的上扣扭矩下,应选择合适的副台肩预留间隙,以保证副台肩的主密封性和可靠性;随上扣扭矩的增大或减小,预留间隙也应随之改变,使主副台肩性能得到更好的配合发挥;该研究方法可以帮助设计者更好的确定双台肩接头最佳的副台肩预留间隙。The reserved secondary shoulder clearance of the double shoulder threaded drilling pipe s joint has an important influence on the contact stress of the primary and secondary shoulders.In order to ensure the joint performances,it is necessary to explore the mechanical properties of the primary and secondary shoulders.Through the mechanical analysis and finite element simulation on the double shoulder joint,the coupling model was established,and the numerical relationship between the frictional torque of the primary and secondary shoulders,the torque at the thread,and the make-up torque was obtained by statistical fitting according to the coupling model,so as to obtain the complete simulation conditions of the joint.On this basis,taking the NC38 joint as an example,the relationship between the reserved clearance of the secondary shoulder and the contact stress of its shoulder under different make-up torques was studied.The results show that the reserved clearance of the secondary shoulder of the double shoulder joint plays a key role in the joint performance.Under a certain make-up torque,the appropriate reserved clearance of the secondary shoulder should be selected to ensure the primary sealing and reliability of the secondary shoulder.With the increase or decrease of the make-up torque,the reserved clearance should also be changed to give a better play to the performance of the primary and secondary shoulders.This method can help designers better determine the best reserved clearance of the secondary shoulder of the double shoulder joint.
