摘  要:为深入研究添加表面活性剂后油水两相的流动规律,采用自主研发的垂直管流装置,实验研究加表面活性剂后界面张力低于1 mN/m条件下持水率、混合流速等对重油(密度大于1.0 g/cm^(3))-水两相流动型态的影响,并建立流动型态图版。基于漂移流模型建立加剂后重油-水两相流动型态转变界限方程。结果表明:8种流动型态在较低的持水率下,分散相液滴更易被拉长,且2种或2种以上流态共存;加剂后混合流速越大、持水率越高,乳状液形成时间越短,经历的流型也越少;计算结果与实验结果吻合度超过90%。In order to understand the oil-water two phases flow behavior with surfactant deeply,a self-developed vertical pipe flow device was used to experimentally study the effects of water holdup and mixing velocity on the heavy oil(density greater than 1.0 g/cm^()3)-water two-phase flow pattern under the condition that the interfacial tension after adding surfactant was less than 1 mN/m,and a flow pattern map was established.Based on the drift flow model,the mode transition boundary equation of heavy oil-water two-phase flow pattern with surfactant was proposed.The results show that the dispersed phase droplets are easier to be elongated under the lower water holdup of the eight flow patterns,and two or more flow patterns coexist.The greater the mixing velocity and the higher the water holding capacity,the shorter the formation time of emulsion and the less the flow pattern experienced with surfactants.The agreement between the calculated results and the experimental results is more than 90%.
