摘  要:综述了青蒿素及其衍生物抗血管新生效应的作用机制,发现青蒿素及其衍生物可通过调控血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、血管生成素(Ang)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、血小板源生长因子(PDGF)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、金属蛋白酶(MMP)等促血管新生相关因子,以抑制内皮细胞增殖,促进凋亡,抑制侵袭、迁移、成管等环节,发挥抗血管新生作用。并对青蒿素及其衍生物在肿瘤、眼部疾病、类风湿性关节炎、皮肤炎症等与血管新生相关疾病中的临床应用现状进行了梳理,为青蒿素及其衍生物抑制血管新生的研究和临床应用提供依据。In this paper,the mechanisms of artemisinin and its derivatives on antiangiogenic effects were reviewed.Artemisinin and its derivatives inhibited endothelial cell proliferation,invasion,migration,tube formation and promoted apoptosis by regulating proangiogenic related factors such as VEGF,FGF,Ang,HGF,PDGF,TGF-βand MMP.The clinical application progress of artemisinin and its derivatives in angiogenesis-related diseases such as tumor,ocular disease and rheumatoid arthritis were also reviewed,so as to provide guidance for the research and clinical application of artemisinin and its derivatives in inhibiting angiogenesis.
