基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的针刺治疗变应性鼻炎可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的研究热点、发展方向与研究趋势。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献库和WOS、PubMed数据库收录的以针刺为主治疗变应性鼻炎的相关文献,检索时限为2001年1月1日至2021年12月31日。应用Cite Space与VOSviewer软件进行关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词时间线、关键词突现、国家、机构、作者合作与共被引文献分析,绘制可视化图谱。结果:共纳入中文文献742篇,英文文献145篇,中国是发文量最高的国家,美国、韩国、澳大利亚、英国的学术交流更加丰富。成都中医药大学和查理特医科大学分别是中英文领域主要的研究机构。形成了以张勤修、杨莎莎和BRINKHAUS B为首的3个主要研究团队。关键词聚类生成中文关键词聚类15个,英文关键词聚类8个。不同选穴与针法的作用机制与临床研究、虚寒证的防治是本领域尚需解决的关键问题。当前研究热点主要集中在5个方面:毫针刺、穴位埋线、穴位注射等不同针法的疗效评价;针刺调节神经-免疫-内分泌系统干预变应性鼻炎的机制研究;蝶腭穴、迎香、足三里为代表的选穴规律;以虚寒证为代表的中医辨证防治;以生活质量量表为代表的疗效指标分析。结论:本领域的研究呈渐进演化的趋势,处于发展和探索的关键期,但临床研究质量有待提高,经验总结有待完善,文献研究不够充分,网络式的机制研究较少。不同选穴与针法的作用机制与临床研究、虚寒证的防治将成为针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的研究前沿。Objective:To analyze the research hotspot,development direction and research trend of acupuncture in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods:The relevant literatures on the treatment of allergic rhinitis mainly by acupuncture were retrieved from China knowledge network,Wanfang,Weipu,China biomedical literature library,WOS and PubMed databases.The retrieval period was from January 1,2001 to December 31,2021.Cite Space and VOSviewer software are used to analyze keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,keyword timeline,keyword emergence,national,institutional,author cooperation and co cited documents,and draw a visual map.Results:A total of 742 Chinese papers and 145 English papers were included.China is the country with the highest number of papers,and academic exchanges in The United States,The Republic of Korea,Australia and Britain are more abundant.Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Charlotte Medical University are the main research institutions in the field of Chinese and English respectively.Three main research teams led by ZHANG Qinxiu,YANG Shasha and BRINKHAUS B have been formed.Keywords clustering generates 15 Chinese keywords clusters and 8 English keywords clusters.The mechanism of action and clinical research of different acupoints and acupuncture methods,and the prevention and treatment of deficiency and cold syndrome are the key problems to be solved in this field.The current research focuses on five aspects:the evaluation of the therapeutic effects of different acupuncture methods,such as filiform needling,acupoint embedding and acupoint injection;Study on the mechanism of acupuncture regulating neuro-immune-endocrine system to interfere with allergic rhinitis;The law of selecting points represented by dieping point,Yingxiang(LI20) and Zusanli(ST36);TCM syndrome differentiation prevention and treatment represented by deficiency and cold syndrome;Analysis of efficacy indicators represented by quality of life scale.Conclusion:The research in this field shows a gradual evolution trend and
