从长沙县城乡公交一体化看城乡公共交通发展

摘　　要：城乡公交一体化是推进道路客运行业转型升级发展的有效途径,可以较好满足群众绿色出行需求,促进农村城镇化转型,对统筹城乡发展、服务乡村振兴具有重要作用。作为全国综合实力百强县,城乡公交一体化是湖南省长沙县一项重点民生项目,在近十年的摸索过程中,已经有了自己的发展模式和区域特色。本文对长沙县城乡公交一体化发展经验进行分析研究,提出优先发展公共交通的相关建议,希望为其它城市或地区城乡公交一体化改革发展提供参考,为公共交通发展提供“长沙县模式”。The integration of urban and rural public transport is an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the road passenger transport industry,which can better meet the needs of the masses for green travel,promote the transformation of rural urbanization,and play an important role in coordinating urban and rural development and serving rural revitalization.As one of the top 100 counties in China in terms of comprehensive strength,the integration of urban and rural public transport is a key livelihood project in Changsha County,Hunan Province.In the course of nearly ten years of exploration,it has developed its own development model and regional characteristics.This paper analyzes and studies the development experience of urban-rural public transport integration in Changsha County,and puts forward relevant suggestions for prioritizing the development of public transport,hoping to provide a reference for the reform and development of urban-rural public transport integration in other cities or regions,and to provide a"Changsha County Model"for public transport development.
