手针与电针对穴区局部影响的比较研究

摘　　要：手针和电针作为最常用的两种不同的针刺方式,在临床中都有广泛地应用,但二者的疗效与应用范围存在一定差异。针刺的穴位局部变化,对后续针刺效应有着重要影响。本研究分析和比较了手针与电针对穴位局部组织结构、细胞和物质变化的影响,从针刺穴位的局部启动环节入手,探讨了手针和电针的作用原理和作用特点,为指导临床选择适宜的针刺方式提供依据,为手针和电针的应用发展提供参考。Manual acupuncture(MA)and electro-acupuncture(EA)are the two most commonly used in clinical practice.However,there are some differences in efficacy and application scope between MA and EA.The local changes of acupoints stimulated by acupuncture have an important influence to the acupuncture effect.This study analyzed and compared the changes of acupoint tissue structure,cells and substances between MA and EA,and explored the mechanism and characteristics of MA and EA in terms of acupoint local initiating process,in order to provide a basis for guiding clinical selection of appropriate acupuncture modality and provide a reference for the application and development of MA and EA.
