摘 要:分析了烧结机头烟气电除尘器存在的问题及其负面效应,强调了袋式除尘作用和重要性。重点阐述了顶部垂直进风袋式除尘器的基本结构、工作原理和特征,介绍了滤料研发和除尘器防腐热态试验的成效,开展了烧结机头袋式除尘技术经济和优势分析,披露了全球首台套示范工程应用情况。烧结机头烟气袋式除尘是中国环保领域原始创新技术上取得的重大突破,将为钢铁行业烧结工序实施超低排放和减污降碳提供技术和装备支撑。The problems and its negative effects of the sinter head flue gas electric precipitator are analysed,and the role and importance of bag filter technology is emphasised. The basic structure,working principle and characteristics of the top vertical inlet baghouse are highlighted. The effectiveness of the filter media development and the thermal test of the dust collector against corrosion are introduced. The technical-economic and advantageous analysis of the sinter head baghouse dust collector is carried out and the application of the world’s first set of demonstration projects is disclosed. The sintering head flue gas bag filter is a major breakthrough in China’s original innovation technology in the field of environmental protection and will provide technical and equipment support for the implementation of ultra-low emissions and pollution reduction in the sintering process in the steel industry.
