摘 要:介绍了以KM5Q两段式煤气发生炉为基本处置单元,以发生炉煤气站和燃气炉窑组成系统的协同处置工艺路线。结合垃圾渗滤液浓缩液污染物状况,分别阐述了浓缩液中所含的Cl、重金属、NH3—N和有机物等污染物在处置过程中的迁移和无害化处置效果。同时指出就发生炉单炉处置量而言,该处置工艺适合于垃圾焚烧发电厂应用。The co-disposal process route with the KM5Q two-stage gas generator as the basic disposal unit and the generator coal gas station and gas kiln as the system is introduced. Taking into account the pollutant status of the concentrated waste leachate,the migration and harmless disposal effects of pollutants such as Cl,heavy metals,NH3—N and organic matter contained in the concentrated waste leachate in the disposal process are elaborated respectively. It is also pointed out that the disposal process is suitable for the application in waste incineration power plants in terms of the disposal capacity of a single furnace.
