摘　　要：劳动精神是劳动教育的基本价值和目标,是马克思主义理论与实践的结合。新时代大学生劳动精神培育有助于大学生树立正确的劳动观念,坚定成为社会主义劳动者的理想信念。通过分析新时代大学生劳动精神培养的现状及原因,提出要营造蕴含劳动精神的理念和氛围,协同推进立德树人的根本任务,拓宽劳动精神培育的渠道,提高劳动精神的自我教育水平等路径。Labor spirit is the fundamental value and goal of labor education and the combination of Marxism theory and practice. Cultivating colleges students with labor spirit in the new era is conducive to help them establish correct concept of labor and believe firmly the ideal and faith of becoming socialist workers. By analyzing the current situation and reasons of labor spirit cultivation of college students in the new era,this paper puts forward to creating the idea and atmosphere containing labor spirit,aiming at promoting the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,broadening the channels of labor spirit cultivation,and improving the self-education level of labor spirit.
