摘 要:帕金森症已成为全世界老年群体面临的公共健康问题,如何提升帕金森症患者的生活质量是众多研究人员关注的焦点。随着近几年肠道菌群研究的慢慢深入,研究人员提出以肠道菌群为靶点对帕金森症进行治疗。该文对运动改善帕金森症的相关研究进行梳理,并结合帕金森症的肠源性假说,研究肠道菌群是如何在运动中改善帕金森症,厘清未来的研究方向。Parkinson's disease has become a public health problem faced by many elderly people all over the world.How to improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease is the focus of many researchers.With the gradual deepening of intestinal flora research in recent years,researchers have proposed to treat Parkinson's disease by targeting intestinal flora.This paper combs the relevant research on exercise improving Parkinson's disease,and combined with the enterogenic hypothesis of Parkinson's disease,studies how intestinal flora plays a role in improving Parkinson's disease during exercise,and clarifies the future research direction.
