摘  要:目的:观察膳食添加不同浓度亮氨酸,递增负荷抗阻训练及联合干预等5种干预方式对初老大鼠骨骼肌退行性改变的干预效果,以及双因素干预是否有协同效应。结果:与对照组比较,(1)抗阻训练组、高剂量+抗阻训练组大鼠的体重显著下降(P≤0.05),其他组有下降趋势(P>0.05);(2)中剂量组、中剂量+抗阻训练组大鼠的肌肉湿重显著升高(P≤0.05),其他组均略显增加(P>0.05);(3)各组大鼠的肌肉体重比,均显著升高(P≤0.05);(4)中剂量+抗阻训练组大鼠的体脂百分比,显著降低(P≤0.05),其余各组无显著性变化(P>0.05);(5)各组大鼠的肌纤维横截面积均呈升高趋势(P>0.05)。结论:两种联合干预方式更能够促进自然衰老大鼠骨骼肌质量增加,肌纤维增粗,对于维持或预防衰老性骨骼肌萎缩具有积极作用;双干预因素具有协同效应,不同运动水平补充亮氨酸有剂量差异。Objective:To observe the effect of five intervention methods,such as dietary addition or high concentration of leucine,resistance training with increasing load,and combination of different concentrations on the effect of the change of skeletal muscle degeneration in natural aging rats,and whether the two-factor intervention has synergy effect.Results:Compared with the control group,(1)The weight decreases significantly in the high-dose and anti-resistance training group rats(P<0.05),the others have a downward trend(P>0.05);(2)The muscle moisture weight of the medium-dose group,the medium-dose-resistance training group increase significantly(P<0.05),and the others increase slightly(P>0.05);(3)The muscle weight ratio of each group of rats increases significantly(P<0.05);(4)The percentage of body fat decreases significantly in the medium dose and anti-resistance training group(P<0.05),and the 5 others change unsignificantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two combined interventions can promote the increase of skeletal muscle mass and muscle fiber thickening in naturally aging rats,and have a positive effect on maintaining or preventing aging skeletal muscle atrophy;The two intervention factors have a synergistic effect,and leucine supplementation at different exercise levels has a dose difference.
