摘 要:目的:运用等速肌力锻炼系统对踝关节外侧副韧带损伤重建术后运动员进行康复训练,评定其对运动员术后踝关节功能康复的应用效果。方法:选择2019年4月至2020年12月踝关节外侧副韧带损伤,需重建手术的20例运动员纳入研究。按照随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组。对照组10例,接受常规康复训练,实验组10例,接受等速肌力训练,观察结果。结果:在术后第12周,角速度为30°/s的测试中,实验组踝关节跖屈、内翻与外翻肌力明显高于对照组;术后第12周,实验组患肢肌力均明显高于对照组。在总做功所有测试中,实验组踝关节背屈、跖屈、内翻与外翻总做功均明显高于对照组;术后第24周,角速度为120°/s的背屈与跖屈测试中,实验组患肢总做功明显低于对照组。结论:等速肌力锻炼系统对踝关节外侧副韧带损伤重建术后运动员的康复起到了良好的作用,运动员踝关节各方向的峰值力矩与做功能力都有较大的提高。Objective:To use isokinetic muscle strength exercise system to carry out rehabilitation training for athletes after reconstruction of lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint,and to evaluate its application effect on postoperative ankle function rehabilitation of athletes.Methods:Twenty athletes with lateral ankle collateral ligament injury between April 2019 and December 2020 were included in the study.They were divided into experimental groups and control groups according to the random number table method.Ten patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training,and 10 patients in the experimental group received isokinetic muscle strength training,and the results were observed.Results:In the test of angular velocity of 30°/s at the 12th week after operation,the muscle strength of ankle plantar flexion,varus and valgus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;At the 12th week after operation,the muscle strength of the affected limbs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In all tests of total work,the total work of ankle dorsiflexion,plantar flexion,varus and valgus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;In the dorsiflexion and plantar flexion tests with an angular velocity of 120°/s at the 24th week after operation,the total work done by the affected limbs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Isokinetic muscle strength exercise system plays a good role in the rehabilitation of athletes after the reconstruction of lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint,and greatly improves the peak torque and work ability of athletes in all directions of ankle joint.
