“三全育人”指导下高校体育专业学生培养分析

摘　　要：“三全育人”要求教育理念的统一,需要协调教育目标,对学校现有的教育资源、教育制度、教育过程进行整合。高校在“三全育人”指导下培养体育专业学生,需要从多个维度入手,对教学内容、教学方式、教学手段进行更新,打造能力递进的人才培养模式,顺应“三全育人”的指导思想。该文主要以高校体育专业学生培养为重点进行阐述,从3个维度深入探讨“三全育人”指导下的人才培养策略,以供参考。Three complete education requires the unity of educational ideas.It is necessary to coordinate the educational objectives and integrate the existing educational resources,educational system and educational process of the school.In order to train students majoring in Physical Education under the guidance of"three complete"education,colleges and universities need to start from multiple aspects,update the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching means,create a talent training mode in the form of progressive ability,and comply with the guiding ideology of the three complete education concept.This paper mainly focuses on the cultivation of college physical education students,and deeply explains and discusses the talent cultivation strategy under the guidance of three complete education from three dimensions for reference.
