二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析二甲双胍应用在2型糖尿病患者治疗中对患者产生的影响。方法取2型糖尿病患者60例(于2021年1月至2021年12月入我院就诊),以计算机分组的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。两组患者进行常规治疗,观察组用药二甲双胍,对照组用药阿卡波糖,对两组患者经过不同治疗的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体质量指数、用药不良反应、生活质量、满意度等进行统计和比较。结果用药前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体质量指数之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体质量指数改善相对对照组而言更好(P<0.05)。观察组(1例,占3.33%)患者的用药不良反应率比对照组(9例,占30.00%)低(P<0.05)。用药前,两组患者的生活质量评分之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,观察组的生活质量评分改善相对对照组而言更好(P<0.05)。观察组(28例,占93.33%)的血糖控制有效率比对照组(22例,占73.33%)更高(P<0.05)。观察组(29例,占96.67%)患者对治疗的满意度比对照组(23例,占76.67%)更高(P<0.05)。结论将二甲双胍应用在2型糖尿病患者的治疗中可有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善患者的体质量,用药安全性较高,显著改善患者的生活质量,使血糖控制有效率得以提升,得到患者的满意与认可。Objective To analyze the effect of metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes(who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021)were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by computer grouping,with 30 cases in each.The two groups of patients were given routine treatment,the observation group was given metformin,and the control group was given acarbose.etc.for statistics and comparisons.Results Before medication,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and body mass index between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of body mass index was better than that of the control group,and the difference was in line with the statistical standard(P<0.05).The adverse drug reaction rate of patients in the observation group(1 case,accounting for 3.33%)was higher than that in the control group(9 cases,30.00%),the difference was in line with the statistical standard(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of quality score was better than that of the control group,and the difference was in line with the statistical standard(P<0.05).The effective rate of blood sugar control in the observation group(28 cases,accounting for 93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(22 cases,accounting for 73.33%)was higher,and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group(29 cases,accounting for 96.67%)were more satisfied with the treatment than the control group(23 cases,accounting for 76.67%),and the difference was consistent with statistical criteria(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar level of the patients,improve the body weight of the patients,and the drug safety is high,which can significantly improve the quality of life of th
